Role:
Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to help transform our federal clients organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with UX researchers to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
Develops wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
Creates intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhances user experience and usability.
Ensures designs are accessible, responsive, and comply with industry standards and best practices.
Iterates on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input.
Works closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in user interface design for web, mobile, or desktop applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and development teams.
Clearance:
Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
