Darkhive is making robotics accessible. Established in 2021, we are focused on the application of robotics in the public safety and defense communities. Our approach in accessibility is built on three pillars: low-cost, ease-of-use, and open interface design.

The Marketing Intern Role:
The Marketing Intern will work alongside our VP of Marketing to build and enhance Darkhive’s presence in the aerospace industry. This role will support multiple company initiatives and may have the opportunity to attend trade shows.
The Marketing Intern will work alongside our experienced marketing team during Summer 2025. This role is a part time (29 or less hours/week), on-site in San Antonio, non-exempt, non-supervisory role reporting to our VP of Marketing.
This position pays $28/hour.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights
Help prepare reports and presentations on research findings
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Help coordinate promotions materials, events, and activities
Track campaign performance and report on findings
Administrative Support
Maintain organization of marketing materials
Assist with creating marketing reports
Content Creation and Management
Create engaging contact for social media
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
Schedule social media posts
Track and report on social media analytics
Qualifications you bring:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or Business
Strong interest in marketing, digital media, and events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail orientated and proactive
Familiarity with creative suites (Adobe)
Bonus Qualifications:
Work or volunteer experience in the marketing field
U.S. Military Guard/Reservist
Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of time.
Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and other equipment with or without accommodations.
Ability to maintain awareness during business hours.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication and good command of the English language.
