The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence . You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies.

This position is part of the Enterprise Architecture organization (reporting to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer) and can be performed remotely.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and collect requirements
• Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.
• Prioritize these user stories into the right sequence of projects and releases for the team to implement
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
• Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 7 years of overall BI/Data Analytics/Data Engineering experience with at least 5 years as Business Analyst
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation
• Proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modeling. Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• 3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Palantir Foundry
• Data governance

The salary range for this role is 130K- 160K . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
