At Green Fit Club, under the guidance of our CEO Fritz Horstmann, we’ve helped over 1,500 clients achieve transformational vegan fitness and nutrition outcomes by using science-backed research, expert 1:1 coaching programmes, and an unwavering commitment to calling out bad actors in the industry.
Typically, our clients are already committed vegans. But they tell us about feeling stuck. Not knowing who to trust, or what advice to listen to. They struggle to balance life and work with a regimented diet and fitness regime, and they’re about to give up.
We like to think we have the answers. Our testimonials and reviews speak for themselves. And this year, we aim to help even more people by reaching out to the plant-curious flexitarians, and offering them a welcoming and non-judgemental home to experiment with and adopt more vegan choices.
About the Role
That’s where you come in. We offer programmes priced between $1000 and $8500, and we’ll pay you 9% on every deal you close - including recurring revenue.
We’ve just scaled our acquisition strategies, and we’re ready to scale again with the right person in the Closer seat.
Your calls will be pre-qualified by our SDR team, and will come in from across North America and Europe. Many prospects will look to make a 50% deposit, or PIF. We’ve maintained a 76% show rate and 54% close rate so far in 2024, and we’re committed to optimising those metrics even more moving forward.
The right candidate could be achieving an OTE of $5k per month in their second month, with uncapped earnings as your recurring revenue grows afterwards.

About You
We’ll be blunt - we’re not looking for recent graduates of online HTC courses with high-ego, low-commitment, and zero sales experience. Our clients are our highest priority and we do everything we can to make sure they have a fantastic experience and achieve maximum transformation.
We’re looking for someone with hunger to earn, but not at the expense of client satisfaction. We’re a team of engaged and authentic people who place importance on being humble, coachable, and being a force for positive change in the world.
You’ll already have a background in health and fitness - and an understanding of nutrition, mindset, goal setting, productivity, and accountability.
In return, you’ll be given the tools, training, and support you need to be the best salesperson you can be, with long-term prospects with job security.
