Job Title: Epicor P21 ERP Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP Consultant who will support the ERP system and users, ensure optimal performance of the P21 environment, and drive business process improvements through system configuration and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the Prophet 21 ERP system and its users.
Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
Manage and maintain P21, SQL databases, reports, and system integrations.
Administer user access, security roles, and environment instances (DEV/TEST/PROD).
Create and support customizations including Dynachange, BAQs, business rules, and Crystal Reports.
Plan, test, and deploy system upgrades and patches.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Train users and document key processes and procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement ERP best practices.

SQL Server database management, performance tuning, and query optimization
Crystal Reports creation and maintenance
ERP Troubleshooting & Support root cause analysis, issue resolution
System Administration user/security setup, environment maintenance
Business Analysis process improvement, documentation
Customization & Reporting Dynachange, BAQs, business rules
Change Management patching, upgrades, version control
